UKBP at Griffish Isles
Fri 19th - Sun 21st November 2021
UK Bronies & Pegasisters are excited to announce our presence at Griffish Isles 2021!
Lunar Pre-Con Meet
Many will be arriving in Manchester on Friday for Griffish Isles, so we will be holding a pre-meet to welcome you with our usual friendly atmosphere and the inevitible plushie pile! The meet begins as soon as the first Bronies and Pegasisters arrive and ends when the last of us hits the hay, usually around 2am.
Under 18s are welcome but only up to 9pm due to venue rules. We ask that you buy some food and drink from the Garden Bar as thanks for hosting us all weekend. Outside food is not allowed so no deliveries can't be brought in.
Friday 19th Nov
Celestial Post-Con Meet
Sunday 21st Nov
This meet will begin right after the Closing Ceremony of Griffish Isles.
We suggest you take any convention purchases etc back to your accommodation before making your way to the meet. This avoids any potential mix ups or losses.
Under 18s are welcome all day up to 9pm and we ask that you buy some food and drinks from the Garden Bar as thanks for hosting us all weekend. Outside food is not allowed in the hotel, so deliveries can't be brought in.
Where is everypony?
Our meets are taking place within the same venue as Griffish Isles so nopony has to get lost.
The hotel is fully wheelchair accessible from street level with multiple lifts and ramps to all floors. The Café Bar area we're using is The Garden Bar on the lower ground floor and has nearby male, female and accessible toilets.
The Garden Bar is shared by the general public so please bear this in mind when attending meets.
If you are wearing our merchandise, you are representing UK Bronies & Pegasisters so we ask that you behave in a way that keeps us proud of you!
Anypony brought to our attention as being disruptive may be asked to leave, this includes excessive alcohol consumption. During the Convention this will be at the discretion of Griffish Isles Staff & Pendulum Staff, during evening events it will be at the discretion of UKBP and the Pendulum Hotel.
